Creating A Continuum Of Care In Orlando
Evolve Recovery Center Orlando works closely with local VA facilities to provide and arrange varying levels of treatment for qualified Veterans served by the VA Community Care Network (CCN).

Specialized Substance Use Disorder Treatment for Veterans
OptumServe has designated Evolve Recovery Center Orlando as an approved provider under the VA’s Community Care Network to supply eligible Veterans with specialty Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment.
If you’re a qualified VA patient, you can access support at Evolve Recovery Center Orlando by obtaining a referral from your local VA facility or VA provider. Once the VA or VA provider issues the referral, we are able to quickly coordinate care with the VA, ensuring that you have complete access to the services and treatment in our programs as well as a plan to return to the VA for additional services.
Evolve Recovery Center Orlando participates in case meetings with local VA staff to confirm program quality and continuity of care. And we frequently ask for feedback from Veterans and their loved ones to ensure that our high standards are maintained.
